RESERVATION

  • Instant booking online at www.khaolaktranfer.net

  • Last minute booking please call : +66 95 019 8885 at lease 3 hours in advance.
  • Name and Family name given through our booking need to be the same as your hotel reservation.

PRICES & SURCHARGES

  • Our prices are fixed and all inclusive – NO HIDDEN fees.
  • Price is per vehicle not per person.
  • The car is Private, not shared with others.
  • Our Cancellation charges: 10% cancellation fee if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to pick up time. 100% cancellation charge for NO SHOW – NO REFUND, the remaining balance will contact passenger at the hotel for collection.
  • There may be an amendment charge if your need to re-route, increase passengers and last minutes inform.
  • We have right to charge for any damages to vehicles (e.g. vomiting) made by customers on behalf of our drivers.

PAYMENT

  • Payment with Credit card accepted when Pre-Payment only. PayPal , WeChat or online via secure payment gateway provider.
  • We do accept CASH on arrival in any currency but the exchange will be into Thai Baht only. Currency Exchange Rate referring to our Thai Bank – Siam Commercial Bank: http://www.scb.co.th/scb_api/index.jsp.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

  • Meet and Greet on arrivals.
  • Pickup time from the Airport will set 30 – 45 minutes after landing.
  • Pickup time from hotel /address: Pickup time as per passenger requesting to allow adequate time to check- in at the Airport. Any advice please feel free to contact Nickie.
  • We are not accepting any responsibility for loss or damage to any property / luggage carried in our vehicles.
  • We are not accepting any responsibility for late arrival to your destination because of traffic, road condition, weather or any other cause beyond our control.
  • If your flight delays we monitor it and we will send the Driver to airport according to your arrival time.
  • The maximum of waiting time for Airport pickup is 1h30hrs after landing unless you are contacting to inform if any un-expectation occurs inside terminal.
  • All our vehicles are non-smoking, clean and fully air conditional.
  • Each Vehicle type has maximum number of passengers and baggage, to maximize your comfort and for safety reasons. We reserve the right not to carry the additional passengers which exceed the number stated on the voucher/booking unless you have informed our reservation in advance and we are accepted.
  • We reserve the right to upgrade to vehicle requested should availability issue arise – upgrade considered to be a vehicle of higher value.
  • Our price includes: Fuel, Fully comprehensive insurance, Parking fee, Applicable government taxes and qualified driver with uniform.
  • We do not be held responsible or liable for any delay caused by airline, passengers missing flight or time change.
