How do I make a reservation?

Can I make an advance booking?

Absolutely please.

Do I need a confirmation for my booking?

Yes, after booking completed, our system will send you the confirmation voucher to confirmed.

How many hour in advance for last minutes booking?

At least 10 hours in advance for online booking and 3 hours in advance for phone call or WhatApp.

Do you offer child seat for Free?

Yes, We do offer baby seat & booster seat but you can request if required (Maximum of 2).

Do you charge for extra Baggage?

Please make sure you select the appropriate vehicle type to support the number of passenger and Baggage. If it appeared that the vehicle type you booked could not fit then the extra charge will required of change of larger vehicle and surcharge.


What type of vehicles do you have?

Saloon, PPV and Minivan

How long does transfer take from Phuket Airport to Khao Lak ?

About 1 hour to Khao Lak Center

How long does transfer take from Khao Lak to Patong Beach?

Approximately 2 hours from Khao Lak Center.

How long does transfer take from Krabi Airport to Khao Lak?

It take about 2:30 hours.

Where do we meet the driver?

Our driver will wait Outside airport terminal and holding your name on a board. After you pass the main exits gate for Domestic Terminal and exit gate Nr.3/4 for International Terminal. It will be best if you could provide us with your mobile number so that our driver can keep in touch with you during pick up.

How long does it take to meet with driver after our flight landing ?

About 30-45 mins for domestic and 45-60 mins for international flight.

What shall we do if we could not find your driver?

What do I do if my flight is delay or cancelled?

We always monitoring your flight via app to keep track. If your flight is cancelled or change you must call our office and inform or whatapp. Driver will wait for you for a maximum of 1:30 Hours AFTER the flight has landed.


What is your payment methods?

We accept both cash and credit card. Extra bank processing fee is applicable for credit card payments.

When I pay my fare?

You can pay cash on arrival to our driver or pre-payment with credit card.

Do you have a Cancellation policy?

You should inform us about cancellations at least 6 hours prior to the time requested. No Show will be billing to your hotel room during your stay.
